Notice of UltimatePay Business Adjustment

We have been notified by our payment provider, UltimatePay, that they are going to discontinue the Ultimate Game Card and their in-house virtual currency Ultimate Points on September 30, 2014. This might impact UltimatePay users in the following ways:

-If you still have Ultimate Game Cards or Ultimate Points remaining, please use them up before September 30, 2014. Players with activated Ultimate Game Cards after this date can contact Ultimate Pay for refund options.
-After September 30, for UltimatePay users
a.If you use full drain pre-paid cards such as MyCard and Gash, or mobile payments such as DaoPay and Boku, the overpaid value will not be converted into Ulimate Points any more. Please choose the card face value that covers and best matches the listed price of the Gold Pack you wish to buy.
b.If you use multiple full drain prepaid cards of small face value to pay for a large amount of Gold, please make sure your total paid amount covers the listed prices. Any underpayment may result in delayed delivery of your Gold as the order needs to be processed by our billing team manually. This may take up to 24 hours.

The above adjustments apply to UltimatePay only. Payment services provided by WorldPay or Paymentwall remain unchanged. You may choose the payment method that best suits you from our payment page.
